Rating: 5.0

This is a narrative poem.
To 100.000 Meters High!
I am a poetess, but also a world traveler
and I'm very interested in
what's really happening in space

now watching LIVE, as Jeff Bezos,
his brother Mark,
aviation pioneer Mary Wallace Funk 82 years
and a Dutch student Oliver Daemen 18 years,
are tied up in the New Shepard capsule RSS First Steps,
minutes before their launch -
as Blue Origin confirms
two additional passenger flights for 2021

Jeff Bezos' space company Blue Origin says
its astronauts are going 'for launch' on New Shepard rocket

Autonomous missile detonation is from 'Launch Site One' in Van Horn, Texas at 9: 00 AM EDT (4: 00 PM Dutch Time)
The four passengers are Bezos, his brother Mark, Mary Wallace Funk,82, and Dutch student Oliver Daemen,18.

The four insist they are 'mission ready' and it will set a precedent for 'commercial space travel'
Passengers will float in space for four minutes without gravity before returning to Earth.

Mrs. Mary Wallace Funk,82, who trained as a NASA astronaut in the 1960s but was banned from flying because she is female,
becomes the oldest person in space,
Oliver Daemen is an 18-year-old physics student from the Netherlands whose father paid for his flight,
he only got the coveted seat because another man,
who paid $28 million for it, dropped out.

So he has much luck too!
Jeff Besos and the rest go up to 100.000 meters here
and then return.

Last week Virgin Galactic founder Sir Richard Branson became the first founder of The Space Set Billionaire Set
who had already made the flight with two pilots,
he only went up to 88.000 meters high, even in a vacuum,
so just briefly:
Richard Branson is the first to go
and Jeff Besos has notable passengers:
an 82-year-old female astronaut
and an 18-year-old physics student from The Netherlands.
