In this world of joy and sorrow,
people await a new tomorrow,

To those familiar faces they bid farewell today,
looking forward to meeting them on another day,

Familiar faces that were part of their life,
for their goals, together they strive,

Familiar faces that every other day they met in the past,
Now they wont be able to meet them that fast,

Knowing this thought, sadness engulf their heart,
With a brave face they look forward for a new start.

Sharing joy and sorrow with new faces together,
New memories that will last forever,

there will come a time
for them to move on in life

Where in this world of joy and sorrow,
They will await a new tomorrow.
